Essential requirements to get your CDL license

Yes. The ADOT Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) issues CDLs to 18-year-olds for intrastate use. You must be 21 for interstate operation.

Yes. You must hold a valid Arizona Class D operator license. The MVD requires you to have held a license for at least one year.
